Early-Grade Reading Improvement Interventions Program
In line with this mission, the USAID has developed the Early-Grade Reading Improvement Interventions Program wherein they seek to solicit interventions that would improve the reading achievements in the early grades in Latin America and in the Caribbean region.
Peer Reviewed Cancer Career Development Award ProgramIn keeping with this mission, the Department of the Army has established the Peer Reviewed Cancer Career Development Award Program in an attempt to stimulate the next generation of cancer research studies by providing new and early career investigator opportunities that would lead to innovative, cutting-edge research developments for the prevention, early detection, and treatment of cancer.
Student Loans Available Directly from the Federal GovernmentThere are different variations of a Federal Direct Student Loan available; these are dependent on whether or not the student is eligible for government assistance. Need based programs include the Stafford Loan and the Direct Subsidized Loan; while non-need based programs are the Direct PLUS program, and the Direct Unsubsidized Loan.
Museum Grants for African American History and Culture ProgramThe Institute of Museum and Library Services has established a funding opportunity to support the Museum Grants for African American History and Culture Program wherein they intend to provide the African American museum staff with added knowledge and ability in all the areas of management, operations, programming, collections care, and other museum skills.
