The Sustainable Construction in Indian Country Small Grant Program also aims to document the impact of various innovative approaches and strategies to sustainable construction efforts in Indian countries, distinctly identify a set of lessons learned from the project, and more importantly, be able to disseminate and deploy these information through blogs, videos, websites, DVDs and publications.

The Department of Housing and Urban Development estimates that the grant award can range from $50,000 to $125,000 depending on the substance and integrity of the proposal.
