a) Indian Housing Mortgage Insurance Program - This program provides mortgage insurance for property on tribal lands where restrictions on ownership prevent lenders from holding a mortgage on the property. d) Disaster Assistance Loan Program - This program offers low-interest home-repair loans and home-replacement mortgages to homeowners whose homes have been damaged or destroyed in a declared natural disaster.
