In addition, the program also work towards providing lender loan guarantees for up to 30 years, and enables Native Americans who are building or buying homes on tribal lands to qualify for mortgage loans.

d) Disaster Assistance Loan Program - This program offers low-interest home-repair loans and home-replacement mortgages to homeowners whose homes have been damaged or destroyed in a declared natural disaster.
