The Office of Justice Programs, more commonly referred to as OJP, is an agency operating under the United States Department of Justice that is generally accountable for preventing crimes through research and development activities, providing assistance to state and local law enforcement and criminal justice agencies, as well as to crime victims.

The OJP makes it its mission to "provide innovative leadership to federal, state, local, and tribal justice systems, by disseminating state-of-the art knowledge and practices across America, and providing grants for the implementation of these crime fighting strategies."

In line with this mission, the Office of Justice Programs has recently established the Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Training and Technical Assistance Program (JMHCP), wherein it seeks to increase public safety by encouraging collaboration between criminal justice, juvenile justice, and mental health and substance abuse treatment systems.

In order to do this, the OJP is seeking the services of the experience training and technical assistance provider that would deliver training and technical assistance services to the grantees of the program, all in an effort to help them plan, implement, and expand certain adult and juvenile justice and mental health partnership programs.

The training and technical service provider should manifest expertise the following areas:

1) The provision of a proactive, comprehensive, and user-friendly approach in training technical assistance sessions
