Interested applicants of the PRIME Technical Assistance Program can visit the Grants.gov website or contact a local SBA office near them.
The organizations and institutions that are eligible to participate in the PRIME Technical Assistance program are the following:
a) A micro-enterprise program or organization that has constantly demonstrated record of delivering micro-enterprise services to disadvantaged low-income micro-entrepreneurs
b) An intermediary, including private, nonprofit entities that serve micro-enterprise development organizations
c) A micro-enterprise development program or organization that is working with a state or local government or Indian tribe and is accountable to a local community,
d) Indian tribes that are acting on their own, thereby having the ability to certify that no private organization or program exists within its jurisdiction.
